I cannot understand why the fares are going up by so much when I see no improvement.
My Tran fare last year was (Crawley to Balham) £2580.00 (2010) and next year it looks like my fare will be around £3088.00 and yet I don't get a seat most days, trains run late, most of the time not enough to get any compensation and when you do get compensation you get a voucher that you have to keep until you get a new travel card.
Soon I will be forced to drive which does me no good, the environment no good and the train company loses a paying customer.
