    I could be wrong, but I think "chuffed" is an Aussie expression. We have that Austin Powers series to thank for "shag". Without a context, I can't speak to "massive", and frankly, if I heard anyone here in the US use ANY of the above expressions, I'd kick them in the shins for being snotty and elitist (although I love "knackered"). These are all so colorful and engaging and not American. But I do adore the word "snog", which is missing from this list. And you'll notice I favor British punctuation, for whatever that's worth...
