What shall I make for dessert?
Chocolate and rosemary mousse (sounds easy, but it may be tricky to infuse the rosemary flavour into the chocolate without any other liquid)
Apple and rosemary tarte tatin (definitely doable - put the rosemary sprigs in with the caramelising apples as they cook and remove before covering with pastry)
Apple and rosemary tarte tatin with a chocolate crust (see above, only with added chocolate. Can't be a bad thing.)
Lemon cake with rosemary syrup (have recipe for lemon cake, and dozens of lemons on the tree - the truly home-grown option, but could be too bitter)
Apple, rosemary and choc-chip cake (also handy for lunchboxes, and I think I even know where to find a recipe for that)
Chocolate, apricot and rosemary cupcakes (boring! I've made them already! But on the other hand, less potential for disaster)
Something else (tell me in the comments!)
All of the above (definitely the way of madness, but strangely tempting. Who needs savoury food at dinner time anyway?)
