I think after all the effort Guiliana and Bill have gone through with IVF... They should try using a surrogate with all of their genetic material etc. ...Yes in the great scheme of things, an adopted baby vs. biologically their own baby would mean nothing... but everyone wants little "thems" . Thats why i voted no to adoption... not to never adopt... its a fantastic thing... for all... but apart from deserving a baby ... they deserve the shot first at a baby of their "own" :)
