I believe that cell phones should not be used while driving, especially by police. They use it more often than the public.

I think that if you are a good driver and you have something to help you while you are driving to text or talk it should be fine but the fact of the matter is, is that Jarren (J.J.) was like my brother he taught me a lot of things and that was fucked up that the guy shouldn't have been texting because it has always been crazy down in Thornton and Denver and all that so why the fuck would you Drive and text while you are down there. Don't do it. I think you should be able to drive and talk on the phone, only text at a stop light or something so you don't run over my brother again.

P.S. I loved him more than you know. He was a good friend, and a bug brother to me and without him I'm lost. Thank God that J.J. is stilll alove and Pray to the Lord that he gets recovered from the fact his Big Brother is out of his life forever now. Hope you don't take it the wrong way!
