At best guess, how much of the sawdust you produce is collected as it is generated?

0% What is made falls where it may. What is airborne today is surface dust tomorrow (or whenever it decides to land)

25% I try, a bit. I get the big stuff, but a broom gets the rest (when I get around to it)

50% I get a reasonable amount, use the extractor much of the time, and perhaps air filtration

75% My system is as good as I can afford, and collection is pretty good. Same with my air filtration. Never seem to get it all, but it isn't too shabby

99% I have a system that is the bees knees. Flow rates are massive, and air filtration replaces air in the shed at much higher rates than recommended.

If I am doing any serious dust producing work then it is done outside in the carport where there is plenty of airflow. Messy but effective.
