Yes he should graduate! He's tried five times and thats more than I can say for others. He didn't give up. They let all the professional athletes do what they want and they pass classes. So why not him.. Give him the Dream of his life and he still can go back to school and take math. I have a nephew that's autistic and he's ninteen and we were in the same situation but it was Historty, he finally passed the test after five tries.. So who are we to say NO.,, Mom keep pushing for your child and GOD will hear your CRY!!!!! I'll be praying for you and your Son!

If you wouldn't expect a special olympics runner to race in the Olympics, why expect this young man who has worked so hard to have to come up against the same standards as others who don't have his problem? I'm 65 and he probably has math skills as good as mine but that hasn't stood in the way in my life. Why not let him have the joy of graduating with his classmates? Exactly what would be hurt by doing that? More than likely if the other students in his class had his disability, they wouldn't do as well as he has academically. I hope they have half a heart and let him graduate. What if it was their kid?

I have a 17th daughter who was diagnosed with Autism when she was 2 and a half and I understand how this parent feel you don't understand what these children have to go through just to graduate period. Here in NC they have to have a certain amount of hrs of work and volunteer hrs just to walk with their class. This young man was not ask to be born like this and he has done hard work to get here for sure and his test is not suppose to be like the other students.I don't know how this test was taken but it should be down sized or adjusted to help him.Sometime tutoring help but they have to adjust this test to help him.I praying with you mom that he will be able to graduate and walk across that stage just like the rest.Asking God to touch the hearts and minds of the men and women in charge to find a better way.God Bless You.

I dont understand everyone who says he should graduate. I understand and feel sorry for him . He has a up hill battle. But does that mean we should just give it to him . I would rather give him more resources and tutoring to help him pass the test .
