I am saddened, but now surprised that 52% of those responding did not know about
LCDR Brown. I hope that those who did not know about this wonderful gentleman take this opportunity to learn about the contributions he made to the State of Maryland, the United States Naval Academy and to the Nation.
My heartfelt sympathy to his family and those who knew him best.
