What is your perspective on who is responsible for cloud data protection?
It is the responsibility of the service provider too not lose customers data
It is the responsibility of the customer too not lose their own data
It is a shared responsibility of the customer and cloud provider
Clouds are not safe for customers who do not know how to use them
SLOs and SLAs solve all of the issues if you know how to use them
