    LJ, I had to say no because I am in a Post Polio and/or Fibromyalgia catagory, and am having a flare up at the moment. The diet (paleo/primal) is new, but the past seven weeks have made a big improvement in my general health. I am still having to be careful not to fatigue my muscles...they will not recover this time, according to what I have learned about PPS and Fibromyalgia. However, swimming is an option, and it's what brought me back to being able to use my legs after water therapy back in 1939 and following when I had polio. But I have no swimming pool handy...that will change when I move to a new location very soon. I think it wil make a big difference in how I feel, and how fit I am, without overloading my muscles. Not too sure about weights... Any wisdom for people like me? Susan Holland (MeJane)
