The ratings are probably down because of Kathy Lee and Hoda drinking all the time.Ann does a good job very nice lady.

I always thought that Natlie should have replace Katie. It takes more than one person for ratings to go down. Please get KathyLee off she is soooo corny . Love Hoda maybe she should replace Ann

You have increased the salary of Matt Lauer considerably. Make him do his job and work to increase the ratings. Why are you blaming Ann. We were in NYC in April and attended the Today Show, we thought Ann was wonderful. I thought Matt was a bit stuck on himself. I watch the today show in the morning before I go to work. I sometimes even record it if I do not have time to watch it. I will think twice about being a faithful viewer if Ann is replaced with Guthrie. Matt needs to grow up and treat Ann with respect!
