Do you think the RICO-like law is the answer to Chicago's gang problem?

You first must look at and address the root cause of the violence and crime in general.

Money. The flow of money is common to all the woes in these challenged communities.

The ill gotten rewards stem from the drug trafficking. The drugs, contrary to popular belief, is not created within the urban communities. Typically the only domestic drug that is manufactured locally is crystal meth. This meth is in most cases, if not all a drug of choice by white Americans. They make it, they sell it and they certainly benefit financially from it.

There is no cocaine manufactured in the urban communities. The cocaine is imported across our borders. Regardless of where it's imported from, it is imported. The concern should be where it comes from. If the government is responsible for guarding our borders to prevent the flow of illegal drugs, aliens, etc, then I would first look at the US government. Regardless of the point of origination, someone or some group must allow the flow into the US.

With today's technological advances, it is nearly impossible to "smuggle" undetected.

US government stop infesting the neighborhoods with illicit drugs.

My next point is the incarceration of the underPrivaledged urban males.

We live in a society where incarceration is a for profit industry. There are stock holders in the public prisons. These prisons are organized and they are deeply rooted in the fabric of America.

How can a group of people profit from the prison trade? There is absolutely only one way to profit in this mega industry, lock up more people.

To gain even more, increase the mandatory sentences. Increase the fines. Recruit as many minorities into the "system" as you can.

How can the investors consciously attend a board meeting to discuss how many minorities they have to lock up next quarter to meet their margin.

What is even more shocking is how they "plan" to maximize their return. Allow more drugs into the predominately minority communities. They more dope that crosses the borders the more profitable their stockholders become.

This next point is the most shocking. The same judges the give these men the maximum sentences is the biggest investor. Or, in some cases, even silent partners.

Judges are sentencing these men with the intention of retiring off of the inflated sentences.

Don't read this and assume that it's factual.

    Research it yourselves.

You will be shocked at what you discover
