I recommend the book, if for no other reason just to educate ourselves on how something that MAY look black, is not actually black. A great read, Baez is the at his best in preparing to defend his most infamous client. He is brilliant at what he does whether you like him or not. And that should be appreciated, not mocked. God forbid, if anyone needs a criminal defense lawyer I am sure they would want someone as dedicated and as good as Baez is. Overall a good read end educational.

My guess is that monster waived her right to attorney-client privilege on some things in exchange for the assistance she’s received being hidden during her probation. Baez wouldn't do something so obvious to have himself brought up before the Florida Bar as to violate his most famous client's attorney-client privilege. So really, it's not only Baez profiting off the death of the child, the monster that killed her is too.

No, I won't be reading the book, nor buying it. I might have read the prosecutor's book, but not purchased it, though I recall something about part of the profits of that book going to charity. This kind of thing really is a slippery slope though. I had the same distaste over the movies and books about 9/11; money was being made over the graves of innocents who passed on that day.

Basically, I would not purchase this book as I do not want to give Jose Baez that much credit. I feel he destroyed the Anthonys to boost his own stature in the legal world as prior to this trial, he was pretty much a nothing. I believe Casey is a pathological liar and though her parents weren't perfect, they loved their little granddaughter with all their hearts. Sadly, they bore a bad seed, it happens and I truly believe that she got by with murder. Will not put one dollar to her defense team or to her.

As a great grandmother, I am appalled that Casey is simply not parked far in the annals of history as being acquitted by jurors who didn't listen and got it all wrong . Worst trial ever!!

i misread the answer and clicked the wrong vote. I meant to vote that I will probably NOT buy it. I know I won't.
