How do you train for the swim leg of a Triathlon?
I practice with a masters team or personal coach. I feel prepared.
I practice on my own a few times a week. I feel pretty good but I'm open to new ideas.
I don't - I just jump in and hope I don't drown. There are lifeboats, right?
