I really have no clue who "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" is about, but I voted my best guess. I see how it could be Mark Foster, but I didn't even know they dated! ;)

If you think about it Taylor Swift wrote the song Last Kiss about Joe Jonas for her 3rd Speak Now and in the song Last Kiss there is a line "But I Never Planned On You Changing Your Mind" plus Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas were a on again off again couple and dated multiple times.

It's obviously Mark Foster because Foster the People is an indie band and there's a line in the song about an indie record.
