Depends very much on the quality and exact proportion of the acrylic. Tend to prefer naturals or blends which are mostly natural fibres but there are one or two with high acrylic that I do use. eg have been using a lot of sirdar blur 30% kid mohair 70% for some light fluffy blankets/throws. I dont like acrylics that are stiff even if they are hardwearing.
