I am definately better off than four years ago. My stock became worthless - and it has steadily been increasing. If it weren't for the bank bail-out, I would have lost all my stock and it wouldn't be worth the paper it was printed on. Thank you, Mr. President.

I received two refund checks from my medical insurance due to the Obama Care. These checks were because my insurance didn't pay for so much before, but now they are required to cover a certain percent because I pay for my insurance - I pay a lot for my insurance. I don't get government funds, I am not covered under any military pay act that citizens pay income taxes to help fund insurance for all military personnel - government workers, etc.

Now if we can get some type of government regulation on gasoline prices, that would be a help for us ordinary taxpaying citizens. Oh but the wealthy republicans are running that organization, lining their pockets.

I own my home, I own my car, I pay taxes and Obama DOES care. Those people who bought houses they couldn't afford from banks that were irresponsible, are the people that are hurting. Well DUH, don't buy a house for $200,000. when your yearly income was $65,000!!! Those people abusing the welfare system are also hurting the economy. Lets finally get the rich people to stop collecting SECURITY MONEY set aside to help people be secure in their old age and retirment when they are rich and already secure. Get the drug addicts off drugs so they can be productive citizens rather than thorns on the economy, collecting welfare and selling welfare cards and food stamps for their next fix.
