All of those suggestions would make excellent books (except for the compilation of Sparkblogs--hard to find a target audience for sales, I would imagine) since each has a target audience.

Why not write all of them? They don't have to be thick. Except maybe the dating one
    (just sayin' *wink wink)

I don't really care what you write, as long as you continue your open, irreverent and hilarious observations about your life and life in general. Your latest blog, in particular, hit close to home. I've been feeling a little bad about myself lately because I don't have the desire to "get out there" and make new friends. I, too, am an introvert most of the time. Thanks for helping me realize it's OK to love my life the way it is!

Your SparkFriends have been reading your blogs for a while. You have touched on many subjects and we have loved them all. We can understand where you are because you have told us where you came from to get there. I like to start a story at the beginning. Maybe, so should you.
Whatever you choose, you're going to ROCK IT !

You are so entertaining that whatever you choose will be great. You know that you already have fans in us and we will read whatever you write! And love it as much as we love you!!

I will read anything you write, but I had to speed read today as I was so worried about where She was!!!
You are just spot on describing my emotions, it is scary.

One more thought: the crazy work mates is great material too. Just see how you feel and what you're most inspired to write about and follow that flow. Whatever strikes the most passion in you and spurs you on should get published first.

Wishing you success and prosperous overflow, Sistah!

I think the Spark journey is a great start because we all love a successful weight loss story. You could edit the blogs for perfect spelling, etc. and add a few paragraphs here and there to fill in some blanks with the nuts and bolts of diet and exercise changes. It would be easier for you because you have a head start on the material.

Because you mention family, dating and sex in the Spark blogs, that paves the way for two more follow-up books that we'd love to check out because we'll want to know more juicy details about that part of your life. The Spark blogs will serve as a framework and memory jogger for the personal background stories you'll recount in the future books.

Can't wait to see the final result! I too am an editor if you want to recruit from your fan base.

I love everything you write but I think the most powerful blogs you have written are the ones that detail your personal journey. The weight loss stuff is part of it but not the whole story. It's everything you have risen above to become the person you are today. In your writing your resilience, your humour, your sense of self shine through. You're brutally honest with and about yourself and others. That's rare. You often do it in a funny, self deprecating way and that's entertaining. But sometimes you write a blog ( I'm thinking of the one about your baby brother) that hints at the painful path that led to your being who you are today. (I think you're pretty terrific by the way) There is an underlying sense of catharsis and self healing that give even your most outrageous blogs a power that keep us all coming back for more. Anyway, I think the life story of Teeny Bikini in blog form, both humourus and poignant is the kind of story that could become a classic. All the other options?? They'll just be best sellers. Just my opinion. I say you go girl. You're the writer. Keep writing. I'll keep reading because I know you have so much to say.

PS: Have I said how much I love and admire you lately?

I love how you weave life-lessons into your cat stories. You could incorporate all of your proposed topics - dating, family, people at work, etc., all around cat stories. It would be great!

Teenie, ALL OF THE ABOVE, would have gotten my vote. Reality is; you have more than one book in you! Follow your passion; where do the words most easily flow? I think a compilation of your spark blogs would work; but possibly dilute future possibilities. I don't think there is a wrong choice. So nice to have choices and they are all good instead of choices and they all stink! Follow your heart.

Having read many of your blogs on sparkpeople, I thoroughly enjoy all of your writing. You are good! I wish you all the best on your new adventure.

All of your blogs are such fun it's too hard to choose which one should come first. You'll just have to get started and write "ALL of the above!!!"

Sending tons of hugs (I need you back on Spark where I can find emoticons to send you!) and praises.

I don't mind what you write about! As a proofreader and one-time editing/publishing student I applaud you, look forward to all the blogs about writing and rewriting and rewriting... I saw Susan Cain's book about introverts 'Quiet' the other day at the store, and thought I'd really like to read that! So, I'd love to read about your story of being an introvert. But, having just read Portia de Rossi's autobiography which I couldn't put down, I'd love to hear about your Spark Journey. And again, about your family, your 'bad' dates...Oh - just write LOTS of books!
