If he is sincere about getting help with his anger and keeping his hands off her and hers off him, they'll be fine. They've been apart long enough to know if they wanted to move on or stay around for each other! He can't be condemned his entire life for being a stupid kid. We all regret things we've done as young stupid "adults"! Most of our lives aren't in the spotlight so we have no idea of how living our lives out in front of everyone is. No one is perfect. Now if it happens again here's a new ball game and yes those who are appalled can say "I told you so", for now let them live their lives and be happy as best friends and lovers!
