I would have at least said open the door I'm getting off then hit him and ran... seriously I feel that the other passengers played a big part by egging the situation on when he said someone cut your face up.... everyone had to laugh and yell... nothing about that was funny... it prolly made her not think and just react

They both were wrong... He was wrong because of his profession... She was wrong on so many levels.. Bottom line she swung first..
