They came INTO my apartment on several occasions!! And since you live VERY near where we lived, I'm guessing the same pests are giving you trouble. Try ammonia in a squirt bottle - that was the advice of one of our trusty maintance men! ;) Good luck!! Miss you! Don't miss the pests!!

Depending on the time of year we have trouble with raccoons (summer) and mice (winter). One year we came home from an extended trip and found a dead mouse floating in the TOILET!!! haha At least the raccoons stay outside...
