I think the Pastor should have been properly informed when she inquired about the property. I believe her intentions were right and I also believe that, if she had known this would happen, she would have sought another way to try and help these people.

I was all for her UNTIL she threw that dang race card in the mix. It wouldn't have mattered what color she was......They would have arrested her regardless. Stupid woman. Still admire what she was trying to do she should have just kept her mouth shut

She followed the law in that state. Also, like she said, if she was doing sonething illegal, she should have been warned when she was filling out what she thought was the correct paperwork. Did any of you who left comments actually read what the law states?

PEOPLE WITH GOOD INTENTIONS ARE GOING TO HELL. I THINK SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE HER HOMEWORK MORE. NOW THE PEOPLE SHE CALLED HERSELF HELPING ARE BACK ON THE STREETS AGAIN, BECAUSE SHE DIDNT GO THROUGH THE CORRECT CHANNELS. BUT I HOPE THE BEST FOR HER. AND I HOPE SHE DOESNT TRY TO FIGHT ANYMORE, BUT HUMBLES HERSELF AND ACKNOWLEDGES SHE DID IT WRONG! :)

I think that she had the right intentions; but went about it the wrong way. Just because you are a pastor, does not mean that you have the right to take over someone's property without going through the right procedure.

When homes are vacant the first order is to work through the governmental agency present your plan and work together to eliminate vacant homes while establishing a home for homeless families. Partnership is a win for the church and community.

IF SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY HOUSE WHILE I WAS SERVING MY COUNTRY IN THE CRIMINALS WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT COPS. I'D KILL THEM MYSELF. AND AS FOR THE REVEREND CLAIMING THE COPS DID THIS BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN, WELL I'M TIRED OF THAT CRAP. YOU DID WRONG AND NOW YOU PAY THE SAME PRICE AS ANY OTHER CRIMINAL.

The bible said to render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. This applys to property laws. The governmen has many properities that are up for tax sale. She could have obeyed the law and not tried to steal someone's property.
