I think Halle is determined to move to France and since the judge ruled against her, she and Martinez are going to do everything possible to put Aubry in a bad light to convince a judge to allow her to move. It's a shame she is not thinking about her daughter at all. Her daughter has a right to be able to see and spend time with her father, who seems to be a good and involved father. She should stop being so selfish, who will her daughter have once Martinez is no longer in the picture.
