If Alabama's play selection for the entire game minics their play selection in the 4th quarter
against Georgia, you will see the best "Offensive Show" in BCS history! Peroid, comma, question mark, end.

If the Tide runs the ball 4 times in a row on each set of downs on every drive there is no way the Irish or anyother college team in America's defense can't withstand the consistant brutal pounding the Tide's offensive line and the Nations Best one two punch running back tandem of Lacy & Yeldon will unleash. It is unstoppable. Ask Georgia who has maybe 4-5 defensive players that will likely go in the 1st round of the upcoming NFL Draft. ROLL TIDE ROLL...!

"This will be a superlative example of how the SEC's teams are incomparable to other conference teams and especially an independent team, free from any form of real competition. They might as well shorten the field to 50 yards when the Irish are on offense because they will likely never cross the 50 yard line"

The Irish have three great running backs. Also Theo Riddick can convert to wide out which will give bama some match up problems. Also Golson is very quick footed for quarterback. GO IRISH!!!!!

The SEC gave their souls to the football gods and the Pope started tweeting. If Alabama wins, life goes on and they'll be hated for another season. If ND wins, life goes on and somehow excuses will be made that their over rated and the hate will continue for another ten years. Lot to prove for a young Irish team, nothing to loose for Alabama.

ND is not on Alabama's level, or most other SEC teams. It will come down to a second half for Alabama running game like the SEC Championship. Alabama will beat up the ND line and run where they want.

If Alabama has to rely solely on their running game, I can't see them beating arguably the best run defense in college football. If McCarron has to pass the ball to win, he's the kind to make mistakes (i.e., the Texas A&M game). The Irish have run the ball well against some very good run defenses, and Golson has greatly matured as a passer. Add in Tyler Eifert (one of the best TE's in the game right now), and the Alabama defense could have their hands full.

An offense that relies solely on its run game against arguably the best front 7 in football. #GOIRISH

Alabama will win and just for the simple reason they have two great running backs compared to the Irish's one.
