There is only one way to tell if this photo was taken the day or night of the incident. All Digital Photos have what the call META DATA embedded in the photo. This information inside of every photo taken by a digital camera contains, info like, date of photo, type of camera used, etc. All they have to do is load the photo in Adobe Bridge and it will tell you when this photo was taken. Looks kind of strange to come up with a photo like this at this time of the case.

It does not matter at all. He should have not gotten out of that car and confronted that young man. Also, its too late, the boy is dead and cannot defend himself. He should be convicted of murder because he got out of that car.

regardless of the photos and all of that he should not have even gotten out of his car like he was told by the police had the man been following me I would have been thinking he was out to do something to me and Im sure the boy thought the same thing so he was fighting for his life and then the man had a gun also me being a woman would have been thinking something like rape was on his mind so him being a boy was maybe thinking robbery or a racial attack so had the man stayed in his car like he was told to do we would not be having this conversation
