Do some people actually believe that UMNO/BN will reform the elections process before GE13?
Every signal from the EC suggests that they will cheat to the maximum. Forget their rhetoric. Read their "body" language.
If something major is not accomplished before GE13, I fear that even a 100% voter turnout may not be enough to cancel the effects of the wholesale cheating. The people can "pantau" for all they are worth but the effect will not be significant.
