How should cycling be regulated in Greenwich and Woolwich foot tunnels?
Ban cycling but allow bikes on DLR across the Thames
No change but build a new cycle-only tunnel between Greenwich and Silvertown
Turn them into cycle-only tunnels, and allow free travel on the DLR for walkers
Allow considerate cycling before 7am and after 7pm, when there are fewer pedestrians
Allow considerate cycling at all hours
