What Do You Do With The Mother And Child?

Kick them out now. They’ll die but I can’t take the risk. I’ve got to put our safety first.

Let them stay, but keep the kid isolated and under 24 hour watch until I know for sure he’s safe. It’ll be risky but at least it’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I couldn’t make that sort of decision, can someone else do it?
