He decided to take so many lives that night, so why shouldn't we take his? He should be able to spend his life in prison getting free meals. He doesn't deserve it.

I honestly believe that he should get the death penalty he took many life's and making him sit there for life would doing nothing he has tried to pled insanity and tried to get out of the death penalty but why should he have a choice the victims did not get to choose weather to live or not!

I am a death penalty supporter in certain clear cut cases, but it has one problem, it doesnt happen fast enough a person on death row is more likely to die of natural causes then by being put to death, if the process was more efficent maybe tax payer would pay less and criminal might take it more seriously

The Death penality. Is a scapegoat he will never know what he did to the families. Let him suffer his last few moments then eternity in hell!

I do not really believe that is our job to say who should die and who should live. I believe that should be the job of GOD alone....but at the same time, I do support the death sentence in this case, to have him on death row for life is not the answer because this just makes the people that are victims continue to be victims and then those of us that were not there that night now become victims. This is to say that we have to pay (us as taxes payers) for him being on death row and why should be have to do that? We pay for him to live, Who is to pay for the lives that he took not to live? That should be the question.

Dont let him get the easy way out. Death is a scapegoat he will never know what he did to the families. Make his sit in what he's done and be tortured. Killing him doesn't make us any better than him killing them.

Death penality. Some of the people he killed pleaded for him to spare their life. Let him plead on bended knee, and put him to death by injection.

Give him the death penalty. I do not want, nor should have to pay to spare a murderer's life. Death is the only way to give families closure.

I feel like the decison might change again because this has been dragged this out too long anyway. even if they seek the death penalty it doesnt mean they will kill him right away because he might sit on death roll just like millions of inmates did for years anyway. Which is why the trial is being set for next year etc.

All the pain and suffering this evil thing caused, put him to death. Let him suffer his last few moments then eternity in hell!

Make him suffer in prison 4 the rest of his life. Don't give him the easy way out. He needs to be tortured, by living in a cage with no visitor or family around him.

I think he should get the death penalty. I don't think he should live on death row for ever!!!

I personally feel that he should get the death penalty. If he didn't give the victims a choice to live, why should he get a choice to live or die? I say put him in front of a firing squad and let them do to him what he did to the victims of his crime.

The hell with waiting a whole year to sentence him. Take him behind the court house and shoot him in the head. Save the tax payers millions of dollars and allow the families of the victims to move on with their lives.
