As bad as the economy still is people are still trying to descriminate if it's not color it's something else. As far as I'm concerned everybody needs a job even the family pet.

Crybabysmokers wait until they take something away from you. Then we'll have to listen to you whining about your rights are being violated. No one cares until they take away your rights then they want to step
Up. I work in a hospital that has a no nicotine tolerance policy. Funny thing is they say it's cause of the
    Health issues. The
    People that smoke call off
Less and have less health issues. Let the people that smoke pay a higher premium on health insurance but don't discriminate

We still live in the United States of America.. We still have our freedoms! No place of employment has the right to tell an employee what they can do at home off the clock especially if its not illegal!! How about all the over weight people.. Are they next? What about drinking before or after work?? How can they discriminate against a substance that is legal in all states???

Unless someone is doing something illegal, stay the f*** out of their personal lives!

Don't like it? Boo hoo, smokers.

Tobacco use is legal. I feel that they are warranted in not allowing smoke breaks or smoking on their property but I don't think an employer has the right to control what an employee can and can't do outside of work.
