I live in Montana, I am a single parent, and work for a small company that does not offer sick or personal leave, or vac time. So if my kids are sick and can not go to school or daycare I have to take the time off without pay to care for them right now. It would be nice to take the couple of hours overtime a week that I get and set it aside for things like this.
