I would certainly press charges as an artist you know you're going to experience things like that and he had no right to slap the girl, even if he didn't like the fact she was trying to get his attention. He was in a very busy environment and I'm sure he was flustered by the chaotic atmosphere but he knows this comes with the territory he should not have slapped her.
