Having voted for aesthetics my hypocrisy extends to buying a Finecast Broodlord model which is hideous (He looks like The Fonz). I heavily converted it but he still looks like something from Happy Days. Eventually I bought the Space Hulk board game in order to get their version of the Broodlord (which is sublime). Did you know that a PC version of Space Hulk is being released on 15th August through Steam? It looks pretty good. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on it.

You know... GW should be able to produce BOTH good rules and good miniatures. But given the choice I go for aesthetics.

Whatever the result I demand the right as an Internet geek to have full on nerd rage, no matter what the result!
.....oh space elf on dinosaur = awesomeness

I'm prepared to pay $115 NZ for the new carnosaur to convert an Exodite lord for my eldar army. This is something there are no rules for and if i do make rules or counts as its never going to be allowed in competitive games. I could spend that money on a fire prism or a wraithknight which would probably be better value in terms of usability, but i would rather have a space elf riding a dinosaur.

Wow, I am astounded to see from the poll results that the models that look the best have the best rules.

I'm an aesthetics over rules d00d but sometimes if the rules are absolute unplayable garbage... I'm looking at you Malifaux 1.0... No amount of prettiness will make me play your game...
