First when the church hired this young man to be Pastor, they should have known there would be some growing pains they wouls have to deal with. He is still young and although he should be on a different level, he is still a young "man"

However, he should be fired because being pastor is something you get hired to do, making it a job. After attending the Lil Wayne concert, he was warned not to do things of this caliber, he went against the structure and directions from the folks who hired him. He had a choice to make, go to the concert or be pastor, he choose to go. At the end of the day, he made this choice, then the deacons had to stand by their word.

He should have been replaced because he is still walking to close to things that are not of God, however, there should be someone who will help him grow in grace as well as help him understand the position and responsibilities of the pastorate office and having stewardship of God's house.

The question is Who saw him there? Now I do agree that he should not be there and he has some growing up to do. Lets remember we ALL short of the glory of God. Why was he there? Yes he must be an example to the church and especially the youth. Now lets minister to him before you cast him out. He who is without sin cast the stone.

I am not a bible expert, but this young man is 26 years old. From my opinion this man is still growing .Who is perfect? WHO IS HE,THAT IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE. THIS IS THE LORD'S WORD NUFF SAID.

His firing is a bunch of bull-crap. These holier than thou Christians always out to criticize others and they are the ones that are doing more crap than the ones that they talk about. So he went to a concert, how did those that spotted him know he was there, evidently they were there also, and he possibly was NOT the only pastor in attendance. So he enjoys the music, just because he is a pastor he does not have to listen to Christian music all the time, those criticizing him, especially the deacons are out doing more dirt than the law allows, but are hiding it from the rest of the congregation, at least the best they can. Maybe it is for the best for him to get away from that bunch of hypocrites.

Wow! what took them so long, the bible says in 2corinth. 4:3 if the gospel be hide its hide from them that are lost. 1Tim 5:20 rebuke before all, that others may fear. All that's missing is an experience with a Holy God. When will we embrace the brutialness of the cross? because i was guilty! i'm so greatful, my prayer is that this man of God remembers that same cross!!!
