FYI: I use and voted for the print copy because of a simply fact: that when you're talking w/clients therapists (counselors, social workers, psychologists, etc.) typically don't have a computer in front of them, nor is calling the 211 line a reasonable option during a therapy session.
However, I have often referred to the print copy, and even copied a page for clients to take with them.
Moral of my story - I hope the print copy remains in existence....its very useful.
