When boxed in, the woman driving the car backed in to a patrol car, and was fleeing the scene. The officers were right to fire, for they did not know what her intentions were. Anyone in the area she was in, acting in the same manner, would/should have been treated accordingly.

well the "poll" wouldn't LET me choose yes. Yes I think it was justified, but the poll may be skewed if others cannot choose 'yes'.
