Nan Rich has the trust of the people. She's being snubbed in the polls, which ask "Scott or Crist?". Of course, people would rather have Crist than Scott. However, multiple polls (that the media IS NOT showing) have Nan Rich with a slight lead over Charlie Crist. People forget that there are many true Democrats left who are going to show up in record numbers for Nan. Anybody with a brain can google Nan Rich and see that she has a great record. Hell, she's the only one with a record at all. She's got my vote, and the Hispanic Dems group of Orlando stand behind her as well. Most Hispanics in west Orlando are spreading the word about Nan. I can tell you as an immigrant that Charlie continues to lie on his stance regarding immigration reform. It's a decade too late for some of us Hispanics who have already been kicked out and abused even after we attended school here. We can't even pay in-state tuition. Makes me sick.
Not only will I vote for Nan, I will preach to the ends of the earth against Charlie. He is a monster and a political opportunist. Only an idiot would fall for his B.S. Sorry, it's true.

Nan Rich has alot more support than people realize. Charlie Crist was also the front runner in the senate race and Marco Rubio ran a grassroots campaign, knocking on doors and speaking with Floridians 1 on 1. Interestingly, Nan Rich has garnered alot of support from young voters, and members of the Hispanic and LGBT community. Nan Rich has a proven record. Charlie Crist is a flip-flopper. He is good looking and has money to blow, just like he has always done. I don't think that will save him this time though. It's gonna take alot of work, but Nan has a good chance. I will not only be voting for Nan Rich, I'll be campaigning against Charlie.

Charlie Crist was always more of a democrat than a republican. While in office, he actually cared about what was best for the citizens of Florida and listened. Don't buy into that flip flop nonsense, he reflected on issues and yes when given information sometimes changed his mind. Isn't that what you want, someone who listens and can be convinced if given facts? He was not afraid to go against the party and veto bad bills. I would trust him any day. I believe Nan Rich, who is probably nice, cannot win, so a vote for Nan is a vote for Scott. We cannot survive four more years of Scott and republican policy left unchecked. Please think and consider the evidence.

Crist's stance on so many issues mirrors what Democrats care about...climate change, public education, voting rights, the environment and immigration. One of his first actions as governor was to grant voting rights to ex felons; Scott's was to disenfranchise them. I saw Rich interviewed on MSNBC and I wasn't impressed. She was hesitant and seemed uncomfortable in front of the camera. Maybe it was more lack of style than lack of substance but it will take an experienced and competent politician to defeat Scott. I'm 100% for Crist and look forward to working for him.

Tony, if Crist wins, I'm voting for Adrian Wiley. I'm NPA. I've never been a republican, and I've never been a democrat. Charlie has been all three, and none of the above. I will not only not vote for him, I will campaign against him. Give the voters the choice between two untrustworthy republicans, and the time is ripe for a third party. And to that I say thank you Jeebus.

Charlie Crist was a refreshing change after several years of Bush. He dared to blaze his own trail. The teachers should love him, as he had the courage, and statesmanship to veto the anti teacher legislation passed by the rabid right. Sandi and I met up with Crist, by chance at Ft Lauderdale. Got to talk with him one to one. We were impressed. At that time he was not (presently) running for office, just waiting for a flight.

If you vote Nan Rich you might as well vote for Rick Scott. They are working together and are one in the same.

  • Scott Gaillard - 10 years ago

Thank you for pointing out that this is far from scientific; something far too many others fail to mention.

Pretty surprising that people would have a preference, this far out.

I have converted two of my conservative sisters to vote for Nan Rich. Both say that if Crist is the Dem candidate that they will vote for Scott of write in Nan Rich. They trust Crist less than Scott.
