I like the traditional layout. Of the others, I prefer the regular grids rather than the offset versions - I think in those the 'window' effect may be reduced or lost altogether.

Quilts! I like the meta 9 patch of 9 patches because, especially with your blocks, it looks like a cathedral window to me! and feels really balanced (again, to me).
