What to change on our Ghost skirt?
Make it a dress instead of a skirt.
Replace the waist band with a corset style one similar to the Viola skirt.
No corset waist band, just a regular waist band instead!
Keep it exactly as it is now.
Make it more like a full bell shaped "swing" skirt.
Add Bows!
Add pockets!
Add cotton ruffles to the hem.
