Storage space capacity usage is slowing however has not stopped so we are not buying as much
There is growth in our environment, however we are using different types of storage solutions than in the past
It’s a buyers market for buying, renting, or subscribing to storage space capacity for local or cloud and virtual
Cloud, software defined and virtualization have eliminated the need for storage hardware
The cloud is being used more by us as a tier of storage so that we are not buying as much storage as in the past
Everything has moved to flash so we are no longer buying storage (maybe a trick question? ;)
Our budget is flat, however we can buy more storage due to vendors getting competitivie with each other
All of our applications and systems are in the cloud so that we do not use any storage anymore
Our demand usage is growing, however we are using less space due to management and data footprint reduction (DFR)
