Is it still necessary for the NFL to have an NFL franchise in the city of Los Angeles ?

No it is not as the league and has managed without a team for over a decade

Yes it is now time for the NFL to have a franchise in Los Angeles !

Not if the cost is to be borne by the city with it still suffering with a mountain of debt and the league not willing to assist financially

I simply do not care either way .
