I hope and pray someone picks this up on their network. Let's people know Columbus Ohio has a lot of talent here. Maybe they will start taking notice.

I am from Los Angeles. There is a huge population of people who are trying to break into the entertainment industry here. One of the largest groups are African-Americans, trying to become producers directors and actors. These types of projects are out here every day, one thousand times the day. And while I do respect the dream, the reality is that they never usually produce any success. There are people out here who have graduated from prestigious film schools that are getting coffee for the stage crew on a studio set and cannot get a project into a Hollywood meeting at a low level. They are paying their dues, even with their educational background in the film industry. I seriously doubt that a former basketball player with no expertise in the filming industry is pitching this project that is a clear basketball rip off of Remember the Titans, to a network. I don't care who he knows, we all know someone in the industry here, there is a pecking order on how things are done particularly when the talent level is not exemplary and this is not exemplary talent I saw the trailer, not the video, but the trailer, and it is not good. I also saw his credentials on imdb for three shows, all unaccredited, which means he was an extra. Almost everyone in LA has been an extra in a movie. I think he has just caught the acting bug and he looks a little old to be throwing everything into this with the low talent level he possesses as an a off and director, if he chooses to call himself that. Out here that type of talent doesn't cut it. But there is a network of hopefuls, ala American Idol, here that will foster it, although nothing comes out of the project. I guess I will be Simon Cowell and tell the guy to keep his day job. And if he quit it, got back and get it. This is not for you. You can't act and you're too old and unaccomplished to be considered a filmmaker with potential in this town. Out here, going from A to Z doesn't happen. So if you want to keep telling the locals in your town you're in executive meetings pitching your show, go ahead. You're not the first nor will you be the last to tell that lie in Hollywood.
