Delayed would've been a better word to use than postponed.

While they make this seem ridiculous the media has left out the main reason the decision was made, lately they have been postponing the starts of the games they have been playing, on their turf, is one thing, but postponing the game when you are an away team is very disrespectful. This is a great decision that has put Bingham high back in its place and showed them they are not entitled and That just because they're Bingham, they can't do whatever they want.

It's part of their culture and if the support of the team is there let them perform it. The Polynesian culture is growing in Ut and it should not have to be quieted by a few intolerable people.

With all the war, starvation and death going on in the world - this is what people focus on? It blows my mind! Is there hope for humanity? This school board decision truly makes me wonder... I guarantee if this dance originated in the USA, there would not have been a vote.

What ppl don't understand is the culture&true meaning of the haka! Like it said in the article is a form of cheerleading Polynesian style..ppl jus need to get over themselves nd let the kids be kids..what are they saying about the Polynesian kids that play on the team or the coachs? ANNOYING!! Bet is the rich palangis that complain that unsportsmanlike!! GET OVER YOURSELVES!

This decision was so dumb and stupid. Let the kids perform their Haka wherever they play.

Totally ridiculous! Let the kids have their time in high school. I think Tom Sherwood forgot what high school he went to. "Bingham".
