Should health care workers returning from Ebola hot zones be required to self-quarantine for 21 days?

Obviously there is no honor in the "self-imposed" honor system protocols. These HC workers have nobody to blame but themselves. They volunteered...they exposed themselves to the virus. THEY should be inconvenienced by a mandatory quarantine, and not some unknowing person who came in contact with them while they were out strolling through local businesses, during the 21-day "self-monitoring" period.

They should be quarantined for 21 days in the source country where they have been working, *before* they get on a plane!

A 1000% yes to compulsory quarantine.Thumbs up to Governor Chritie and Cuamo for the bold steps. The CDC and the federal govt have their own definition of ebola.

I can't believe that we are even having to have a conversation about this! Really?! These doctors that are returning from western Africa and have witnessed the horrible Ebola crisis there, shouldn't have to be told. I would think
they would do a self- imposed quarantine!
