Does Giuliani's logic on who is to blame for the level of "unjustified" shootings in black communities make any sense to you?

Stop behaving like an female confused old man. That's why you I want it back in politics you had to ride in on Trump's back. Because no one wanted you to hold an official office because you're so racist

Rudy is the only one who tells the truth. It's true there is more crime in certain neighborhoods than others. police shooting tend to happen where there is high crime. If the community had less crime, less PD, and less confrontations. Logic does not equal Racism.

Giuliani showed his ignorance of social issues. Besides, the police do not need a cause to shoot first and ask questions later. The police culture is rotten to the core...

GIULIANI EXPLOITS SITUATIONS FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT. HE TRIED TO RIDE 9/11 TO THE WHITE HOUSE. HE AN EXPERT IN TAKING CREDIT WHERE CREDIT ISN'T DUE. WITH SERIOUS BAGGAGE IN HIS PERSONAL LIFE, HE BECOMES INCREASINGLY IRRELAVANT TO PEOPLE WHO KNOW HE CAN'T SURVIVE CLOSE SCRUTINY.

I think each case has its own specifics, however if african american men are stopped by the police for questioning, they should cooperate in every possible way, as opposed to resisting the police officer. That is what a reasonable minded law abiding person will do. If you resist or attack the officer, then you pretty much have spelled your demise. There are other avenues that can be pursued if the officer has abused his power or committed police brutality, but at the end of the day, survival of both the officer and the apprehendee is important.

The statistical fact that more police is present in the black communities, more than any other community is telling. Black communities need to look within to find better solutions for their problems.
