Where have we come to in this country when a citizen can't walk down the street with his hands in his pockets. Obviously ANY citizen with his hands in his pocket wouldn't make the police nervous; only a black male with his hands in his pockets.

This country is really screwed up if it continues to allow police to harass a portion of it's citizenry without any push back simply because that group is a distinct minority.

People are so sensitive this cop 2as actually doing his job. It could have went way left if he wasn't. At the end of the day sometimes people give off the wrong descriptions so if his call stated it was a dark colored jacket and the guy was wearing a blk jacket how is the officer wrong ? Exactly ! As he stated he got a call he had to check it out , he didnt verbally attack the guy pat him down physically abuse him so let the shit go . This shouldnt have even made the news

What happened to a description? The store owner had to have a good description. How did the officer know which way he came from? You go from 'you making people nervous' to 'I had a 911 call'. Since you left so fast and didn't do a pat down kinda makes one think he wasn't the guy you should have been looking for on the first place...wrong jacket color maybe?...I'm just thinking out loud here
