Clearly this is coming out now because of the murder/suicide of his personal friends witnessed by Mayweather on Skype this last week. A scandal involving drugs and many questions left unanswered. He is being questioned by police and we have only begun to see the dirt being dug up on this. Announcing a fight with Manny Pacquiao is designed only to distract from that. Mayweather is afraid to fight Manny Pacquiao so do not be surprised if he injures something or has some disagreement at the last second.
