How has Apple handled the iPhone 3G problems that have cropped up?
Really well--it's reacted promptly, openly, and intelligently
Not bad overall, but there's still room for it to do ever better
I don't know enough to have an opinion
Overall, I think it could have done much better
It's done a horrible job
