Let's do this the right way. A 10% pay rise should have seen all council facilities and services having improved by 10%, providing their constituents with an improved service in all areas. No improvement - no pay rise. Decreased service - lesser pay rate.
Be honest with yourself Denver City Councillors, do you deserve it? Have you served your citizens as best you could? Have you provided them with an improved service and facilities? Are your constituents better off now than they were before you entered office?

Are you kidding me! Most people are lucky if they receive a quarter raise and the mayor and city council think they deserve 10%! Unbelievable.....
