This problem @ the ports has been done by the PMA. If major publications are giving us shipping figures that show shipping volume last year was higher than the last 7, then how can the dockworkers be creating a slow down? By moving chassis "off dock", by refusing to train crane drivers ,the inability to prepare for ships with 2 to 3 times more cargo containers on them, by stopping night shifts and weekend and holiday work the PMA has created a disaster causing MILLIONS in losses. All at the bidding of FORIEN companies.
